- Relevance: Must be operating in, built for, or heavily involved with the Philippine market.
- Maturity: Startups/Prototypes must be past the "idea phase" (must have a live site, demo, or active funding).
- Focus: Must be fundamentally building or applying AI (not just a standard SaaS that uses ChatGPT internally).
